What to Expect


Health and Nutrition Coaching Sessions:

 (for women 40+ and also health focused individuals)


The first consultation lasts between 50-75 min and subsequent sessions last approximately 40minutes


In our sessions you can expect a tailored approach focused on your unique health and wellness goals  whether you are just starting out, or already living a health-conscious lifestyle.


During our sessions we will dive into your nutrition, lifestyle and mindset to help navigate the changes that your body may be going through.  Together we will create sustainable habits that will boost your energy, manage your weight and promote overall wellness for the longterm.


My aim is to provide support, accountability and guidance, so that you can feel empowered and confident as you take on this new health journey.


Our sessions provide consistent education and mindset training, so that you can create the healthy life you deserve. One that that brings you significant joy, health and vitality. 


Results may vary based on individual factors such as adherence, lifestyle and commitment.
